Mrs. Cadreen Barungi Kabahizi

Mrs. Cadreen Barungi Kabahizi heads the Research Department at the Center of Faith Family and Justice. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Korea Development Institute, where she majored in Regional Development and Environmental policy, and Sustainable Development policy. She has done research work for the International Political Science Association, worked as a Researcher at the Africa Policy Center at Uganda Christian University and worked for the First Lady’s Office in Uganda through several projects; Uganda Skills Development Project and Albertine Region Sustainable Development Project, and a Voter Mobilization project. She also has experience working for the private sector in managerial and administrative roles. Her main interests in research are family and development. Cadreen is a Christian wife and mother of two who loves art, music, food and books.
